U14 IMD Team

The U14 Team is designed to develop technical racing and all-mountain skills. Athletes joining the U14 team must be excellent skiers, able to handle all terrain at Snowbird in all conditions. The strength of our team starts with the world-class Wasatch Mountains where we train. Led by a coaching staff with extensive racing backgrounds, and a shared love for skiing- our philosophy is that by building strong skiers, we can develop fast racers. To join this team, racing experience is highly recommended- the desire to become a better skier is mandatory.

Athlete age: 12 & 13 (2013-2014)

The U14 Programs include:

Dryland 2-3x weekly Sept - Nov
Holiday Camp
On-snow training part-time and full-time, Opening - March
- Part-Time Program: Training up to 3 days/week
- Full-Time Program: Training up to 5 days/week
- Early morning Super G and GS training
Training at Snowbird & Utah Olympic Park (UOP - Thursdays)
Coaching at local races (additional fees associated with travel races)

Our U14 Team is full for the 2026-27 season.

2026-2027 U14 IMD Program Options & Tuition:

Full-Time Team: $6250
Part-Time Team: $5250

* must select days during registration

Additional Expenses & Explanations:

Pass: Snowbird Seasons Pass: $489 for teens (13), $360 for youth (12) for 2025-26

UOP training days are Thursday and Friday, UOP pass is NOT included in tuition, $620 for 2026-27

USS&S Membership: Alpine Competitor's License $168 *price subject to change

Race Fees: $46-52/start *prices subject to change

Estimated Travel Costs: $200-$800 per race weekend (depending on the trip, location, etc)

- Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Churchill Jr. High or a designated hike/bike area
On Snow: Opening - March
Wednesdays @ SB

Thursdays @ UOP
- 4:00 - 6:00 (start date dependent on UOP opening date)
Fridays @ UOP
- 1:30 - 4:00
Saturday and Sundays @ Snowbird
- 9:00 - 3:00 or
