Bridger Call, Executive Director
Bridger grew up skiing in the Wasatch and raced as a member of SBSEF, including being named the SBSEF Skier of the Year in 1997. Bridger returned to SBSEF as a coach from 2004-2007, primarily as the Head J3 Coach.
From 2007 - 2017 Bridger was the Alpine Program Director and Head Coach for the Jackson Hole Ski & Snowboard Club. During those years he served on the IMD and Western Region ACC, the Intermountain Division Board of Directors, as well as numerous committees throughout. In addition to being a part of the governance of skiing in the Western United States, Bridger is a level 300 coach and level 4 Chief of Race, Chief of Course, and Referee, and has hosted hundreds of days of racing from entry-level up to Nor-Am Cups.
Bridger holds a Master's degree in Planning from the Architecture Department of the University Of Utah. Bridger and his wife Elisha have two children who are on the Alpine team.
Pascale Wiedenroth - President
A native German, Pascale moved to Cottonwood Heights with her family initially "just for the ski season." Soon thereafter, her family enrolled for the entire school year to give their five children the opportunity to alpine ski race with Snowbird. Her husband, Erich, who grew up in New England, is also a ski racer and can be regularly found on the hill with his kids. Pascale's family enjoys the winters in Utah and loves the outdoors in the spring and fall. Pascale is looking forward to supporting SBSEF - an organization that has become so meaningful to her family.
Pascale graduated with an MBA-equivalent degree from Mannheim University in Germany and completed post-graduate coursework in journalism. Early in her career, she worked as a journalist in Germany for Focus Magazine, a weekly news publication, and thereafter held a role as Head of Press Department for Thyssen AG in Dusseldorf. After moving to the US with her husband in 1999, she worked in public relations with Thompson Financial. After her first children, she founded her own executive coaching and recruiting firm to work independently.
Adam Comey - Vice President
A dad of three athletes, he now has Norah is on the alpine team this season. Adam brings a passion for skiing as a family sport that binds young to old. He fell in love with skiing at an early age on the icy slopes of the southern Vermont mountains in junior programs progressing on high school at Green Mountain Valley School in Waitsfield, Vt (1984-88) and two years racing D1 at Castleton State College (89-90) before moving west to complete his BA and a quest for softer snow.
Adam is the co-founder and CEO (‘96-present) of Dragonfli Media Technologies d/b/a of Mountain Sports International (MSI) and MSI Live Productions a sports marketing, brand creative, and television production firm based in Salt Lake City. In addition to Adam's ski racing background, he has a long history in the Freeride movement first as an athlete and subsequently as founding treasurer of the IFSA, Co-founder of Freeskiing World Tour (FWT) in 1996, The Snowbird US Freeskiing Nationals (1998-2014), Jr Freeride Tour (JFT), The North Face Masters (2009-2012) and many years of skiercross and slopestyle events at Snowbird including Red Bull Freeride and Huckest events (1999-2002).
Ben Johnson - Treasurer
Born and raised in the Wasatch, Ben has spent most of his skiing life in Little Cottonwood Canyon besides a twelve-year stint in Jackson, WY, where he owned and operated his family business. His wife (Sarajane) and three children now make SLC home, where they all can be found spending their winter days at Alta and Snowbird. His oldest daughter (Madeline) is part of the SBSEF Freeride Team and Ben thrives from his daughter's participation in freeride as it’s what he wished he had available as a young skier.
Ben graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a BS degree in Business Administration, an individual collegiate national championship in swimming, and is now VP of Sales at HotWax Systems, a global open-source software firm headquartered in SLC.
Brittany Capstick - Secretary
Brittany was born and raised in the small town of St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. She began ski racing at age 7 and continued through college at the University of Minnesota. During college, Brittany also spent time coaching a local high school alpine team and the team she raced with growing up. Brittany then attended professional school in Oregon and works as an Optometrist at the Salt Lake City Veterans Affairs Hospital. She and her husband, Jarrett, have called the Wasatch Front home since 2012 and they enjoy spending time with their two daughters skiing, biking, hiking, and camping. Both of their daughters will be a part of the SBSEF Alpine Team this year. Brittany is excited to be a part of the Board of Directors and support this amazing ski community.
Frances Reagan Copinga
Frances Reagan Copinga serves as the Managing Director of Reagan Outdoor Advertising.
Frances began her career with Reagan Outdoor Advertising in 1993, where she has held various positions including National Sales Account Executive, Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, and now, Managing Director.
Reagan Outdoor is a privately held company specializing in outdoor advertising, offering traditional billboard displays. The company provides bulletins, 30-sheet posters, 8-sheet posters, and digital displays across multiple states: Utah, Nevada, Texas, Indiana, Tennessee, Iowa, and Minnesota.
Frances holds a BA in English and Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Wharton School of Business.
Frances is married to Jake Copinga, and together they have two daughters, Brooke (16) and Brynn (14). Both Daughters compete with Altabird.
Originally from Salt Lake City, Frances skied raced with Team Snowbird many moons ago, now she her favorite leisure activities include golfing, skiing, running, and spending time with friends and family.
Rusty Bollow
Rusty, a native of Utah, is an enthusiastic outdoorsman whose adventures encompass skiing, surfing, hiking, backpacking, and mountaineering. Weekends often find him exploring and camping, instilling in his family a shared passion for adventure, with his two children actively involved in the Snowbird Devo Alpine Racing Team. Rusty's love for exploration extends beyond Utah's borders, as he has traveled through the U.S., Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and South Africa. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Puget Sound, where he played varsity soccer. Continuing his academic pursuits, Rusty earned a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah. Presently, he serves as Executive Vice President for industrial and investment properties at Colliers.
Christian Stone
Christian was born and raised in Traverse City, Michigan, where he developed a passion for skiing and snowboarding, competing in ski racing and USASA events. In 2012, he relocated to Utah to pursue his Bachelor's and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. With extensive experience competing in different ski industry events, Christian deeply understands the sport’s dynamics and challenges. Currently, he serves as the Club Controller at the Promontory Club in Park City, overseeing accounting operations for both the Club and HOA. Christian is engaged to his fiancée, Tiffany, with whom he enjoys traveling, cooking, and camping. Christian loves outdoor activities such as mountain biking, golfing, and snowboarding in his leisure time. He looks forward to contributing his expertise and enthusiasm to the Snowbird Sports Education Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Matt Davis
Bonnie Fry Rothman
Bonnie hails from the East Coast. Born in Boston and raised in the Tri-State area, she has made the rounds of the ski mountains of the Northeast. An alumna of Boston University, she focused her career in New Jersey, working in pharmaceutical marketing for The Peer Group. Life brought her to Chicago, where after commuting back and forth to New Jersey for many years, she eventually switched gears to become an Investment Advisor for high net worth individuals and Trust Entities. Currently, she works in her capacity as an Investment Director while in Chicago and also during winters in Utah. During her tenure in Pharmaceutical marketing, she specialized in Peer Influence Marketing and discussion moderating. She served on the Board of Directors of her company and chaired the Compensation Committee.
In the not-for-profit world, Bonnie served on the Board of Planned Parenthood of Illinois in various Leadership positions for 11 years, from 2008 to 2019. During that time, she also worked on the Political Action Board for Planned Parenthood. She also served on Amnesty International’s Champions of Conscience Network (formerly, the Executive Director’s leadership Council). She is a certified yoga instructor and has taught yoga at Cook County Jail in Chicago with Yoga for Recovery.
In college, she worked as a volunteer at the Mass Association for the Blind. Bonnie taught English to illiterate Americans with ‘Teach For America’ in Boston and New Orleans.
She enjoys skiing and scuba diving with her husband, Michael, and their two boys, David and Aaron. They are both alumni of the SBSEF Alpine program.
Ben Anderson
Benjamin Anderson was raised in Granger, Utah. He developed an early love for the outdoors and the mountains, learning to ski at Brighton Ski Resort as a young boy. That passion for learning and adventure would later shape both his personal and professional life.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science Composite Teaching from Brigham Young University and began his career as a science teacher in 2002. For six years, he enjoyed helping students discover curiosity and confidence while spending summers as a river guide on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River with Middle Fork River Tours. Those experiences deepened his appreciation for teamwork, resilience, and the value of meaningful relationships.
In 2008, Ben married Rebecca Cook, and together they are raising three children who are all dedicated members of the Snowbird Sports Education Foundation alpine race teams. Family remains at the center of his life and greatest source of pride.
After completing a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from BYU in 2011, he transitioned into school administration. He currently serves as an assistant principal at Skyline High School, where he continues to focus on supporting students, teachers, and school communities in positive and lasting ways.
Outside of work, he enjoys running, skiing, hiking, and competing in ultramarathons. Whether in the mountains, on the river, or in the halls of a school, he values resilience, connection, and finding joy in the journey.
Jason Webster
Jason studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Vermont before completing his degree in Finance at the University of North Carolina, with an emphasis on Clean Energy, Mobility, and Technology.
His professional work includes marketing and product launches for brands such as Mercedes-AMG, Volvo, Ford/PAG, and the Toyota/Lexus hybrid portfolio. Jason started an Apple consulting practice in the Bay Area, before shifting focus to clean energy, mobility and tech investing when the family moved to North Carolina.
His athletic background centers on elite competition, having raced for the Green Mountain Valley School (GMVS) at the National and NorAm levels, and competing professionally as a mountain biker for Schwinn Toyota Pro Team.
Jason and his wife, Letitia, have two sons who enjoy alpine racing and have grown up through the SBSEF team, and they are devout Snowbird skiers. He brings his finance expertise and competitive athletic background to support the Foundation’s financial and operational sustainability.
Annie Guerrero
Annie Guerrero is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate operations, project management, sales, and sports administration. She holds a degree in Physical Education from the University of New Hampshire, with a minor in Studio Art.
She currently serves as Team Manager and Transaction Coordinator for The Wasatch Team at Windermere, where she manages real estate transactions, oversees documentation, and builds marketing partnerships to support business growth. She has also managed residential renovation projects with Vintage Road Properties, leading design decisions, subcontractors, and project timelines.
Earlier in her career, Annie worked in sales and brand development for leading outdoor and lifestyle companies, including Rossignol, Sherpani, Nobis, Sope Creek, and Gibb & Associates, managing multi-state territories and driving market expansion. She also played a role in launching PlanetGear.com.
Annie spent multiple years with the U.S. Ski Team in leadership roles, where she organized national events, managed athlete programs, and led communications and promotions efforts across the US.
A former Division I NCAA athlete and captain of the University of New Hampshire Women’s Ski Team, Annie is a three-time U.S. Junior Olympic Team member and Boston Marathon competitor. She remains active in the outdoor community and is deeply involved in volunteer and board leadership, supporting youth sports and education.
Shane Moreno
Shane Moreno is a seasoned sales executive currently serving as a Senior Sales Executive at Kohler Co., where he brings extensive experience in customer engagement, strategic growth, and relationship management.
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Shane has deep roots in the local community and a lifelong connection to the mountains. His passion for the outdoors spans skiing, whitewater kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, and camping—experiences that shape his commitment to fostering youth development through sport.
Shane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a minor in Services Management, from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. During his time in Durango, he taught both Alpine and Telemark skiing at Purgatory Resort, developing a strong foundation in coaching, mentorship, and athlete progression.
A dedicated Telemark skier since 1995, Shane remains passionate about sharing the sport and introducing others to its unique technique and culture. His enthusiasm for skiing, combined with his professional leadership experience, positions him to contribute meaningfully to athlete development, community engagement, and the long-term success of the program.
Shane brings a strong belief in teamwork, grit, and creating exceptional experiences—values that align closely with the mission of competitive ski programs and youth athletic development.
Ryan Smith
Ryan Smith is the founder of Snowpine Wealth, an independent financial planning firm based in Salt Lake City, where he serves as a trusted advisor to individuals and families navigating important financial transitions. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Ryan specializes in helping clients build clarity, confidence, and long-term strategy around their wealth.
Ryan’s connection to skiing runs deep. He grew up racing with the Park City Ski Team from ages 9 through 18, competing at a high level and developing a lifelong appreciation for the discipline, resilience, and joy that the sport demands. Those formative years in the mountains continue to shape how he approaches both his professional work and his life today.
He remains an active skier and can often be found at Snowbird, skiing with his family and continuing to pursue the same sense of progression and challenge that first drew him to the sport. Ryan believes strongly in the role that organizations like SBSEF play in developing not just skilled athletes, but confident, resilient young people—and, just as importantly, in fostering a lifelong love of skiing that extends well beyond competition.
Ryan and his wife, Beth, live in Utah with their two children. He is passionate about giving back to the ski community that helped shape him and is committed to supporting the next generation of athletes through thoughtful stewardship and leadership.
