Jackets -

For those who need the “next size up” or have outgrown your current jacket and just want to turn it in -- here is our Fall opportunity to do this.

Thursday, Oct 8, 5:30 - 6 at Churchill in the West Parking lot.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Wash your jacket

  2. Ensure the pockets are empty and the hood is attached

  3. Attach a notecard to the front of the jacket with the following information:

    • Athlete name

    • Jacket size

    • Jacket number

    • Date washed & detergent

(We will not accept your jacket on Thursday if these steps are not completed. Thanks for understanding.)

When we have all the jackets back, they will go into quarantine for two weeks.

After two weeks, we will inventory what we received, and sell the used jackets for $100. We will no longer be lending jackets out for the $100 deposit, we will not be collecting jackets for exchange in the future. We will encourage teammates who outgrow jackets to sell and buy from each other using the Facebook Team Swap and our Ski & Snowboard Swap.

Jacket deposits will be credited to your account following the jacket quarantine.

Questions? Ask. We cannot guarantee sizes coming back to resell, but we will do our best to outfit anyone who requests a jacket with the inventory we do have.

Our teams are using the app TeamSnap for communications, schedule updates and health checks.

Once you register for your SBSEF program, you will receive your TeamSnap invitation.

Be sure to set your notifications up so you are aware of changes and updates.
