Greetings SBSEF,

I love the welcome back BBQ; it always feels like the official start of a new season. Last week’s edition was a fantastic reminder of what makes this community so special. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces, welcome new families, and get stoked for the year ahead.

With the new season officially underway, there is plenty to look forward to. We have a full calendar of training, competitions, team events, and other activities coming up.  Check out the calendar and program updates for more info.

Time to get geared up, get strong, and get ready to rip!

I say this every year, so I’ll say it again now… the work put in during the prep period is a real difference maker, and the correlation between conditioning and performance is nearly direct.  SBSEF staff has extensive experience, expertise, and certifications in conditioning.  Take advantage.

Every season is an opportunity, and every season is a gift.  It’s yours!  Let’s make this year the best one yet.

Best,

Bridger
