Many of the snowboard athletes have moved away from Utah for the summer and are catching up on rest and relaxation as well as working hard on strength and conditioning wherever they are, to be prepared when we get back on snow.

The staff are busy planning the upcoming season including opportunities for fall training camps. Snowboard competition schedules are typically a bit delayed so we can’t do too much planning for the season but its very likely we will once again be doing a lot of travel as usual.

Big congratulations to Courtney Godfrey who was named to the US Paralympic Snowboard Team. As we get closer to the next Paralympic Games we hope to have some more athletes nominated to the US Team.
