Development & Big Mountain/IFSA Snowboard 2025-2026
"Dev Team" Description: A youth program aimed at introducing and developing the skills required for snowboarders to ride through varying terrain types and difficulties, including an introduction to freestyle maneuvers in and out of the terrain park. Participants will become proficient in several skills related to carving, freestyle, and freeride. Options for training at Woodward and Snowbird.
Big Mountain Team Description: A youth program aimed at mastering the skills required for snowboarders to ride through varying types of freeride terrain. Participants will become experts in several skills related to carving, freestyle, and freeride, including high-level freestyle maneuvers in and out of the terrain park. Options for training at Woodward and Snowbird. Options for IFSA Freeride Competition support are available.
Our Snowboard Programs Include:
- On-snow training 1 or 2 days/week starting in December
- Holiday Camp
- Early morning training (before the resort opens to the public)
- Individualized training and competition schedule
- Avalanche safety awareness training
- Coaching at local events (additional fees associated with events)
