This season we will be offering strength and conditioning all winter for the U15 and U19 groups. Preparation is key to athletic success and strength and conditioning is an important part of training for both performance and injury prevention. Winter conditioning will focus on maintaining the gains that were made in fall dryland, improving mobility and core strengthening. See TeamSnap for the schedules for each group. We would love to see more athletes take advantage of our new team gym and this important training component.
