Gear Check-In: Tuesday - Thursday, Sept 15-17, 3:00 - 6:00 PM @ The LiftHouse parking lot (3700 Fort Union Blvd)
Gear Check-In: Friday, September 19, 12-5 @ Churchill Jr High (3450 E Oakview Dr. Millcreek, UT 84124)
- Drive up to the team tents to drop off and tag your gear -- no more hauling it into the building!
- $1/item tag fee
- Download this Seller Inventory Form and fill it out beforehand, to save time while tagging your items! Volunteers will be available to help you tag your items.

Gear Pick Up at Churchill ONLY: 3:00 - 4:30 PM September 19
- Checks will be mailed on Tuesday, October 1, 2026, for all sold items.
- All unsold equipment left after 4:30 PM on September 19 will be considered a donation and forwarded to another Swap.
As always, 30 percent of all sales benefit SBSEF’s support of youth athletes in alpine comp, freeride, and snowboard.
