The SBSEF Para Snowboard Team just returned from a successful SBX training camp in Ushuaia, Argentina, where we were able to train up at the local resort Cerro Castor! This camp gave us the chance to put in some highly effective training, learn new skills, and really let important fundamentals sink in on snow.

A highlight of the trip was spending time alongside the U.S. Para Snowboard Team. Training, connecting, and building relationships with their athletes and coaches was an invaluable experience that strengthened both our skills and our community.

Outside of training, we also had opportunities to explore a bit of what Ushuaia has to offer—some of us went sailing, others tried kayaking, and a few even toured the local prison museum.

After 17 productive and memorable days, we returned home energized and motivated. Now we’re looking forward to getting back on snow in October and November to keep building on this momentum.
