Jason had the awesome opportunity to grow up at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. He learned to ski on Chickadee, and then grew up in the skister program at Brighton. Jason has been teaching and coaching for 22 years at Brighton, and then his family moved to Snowbird six seasons ago. While at Brighton he had the pleasure to coach many athletes to the IMD Championships. Jason has a Level 100 USSA Coach certification, and PSIA Level 1 and ACE level 1. His favorite part of coaching is the smiles at the bottom of a powder run, the kids have so much fun on ski team! When he is not skiing, he love to watch his kids play their sports, camp, and mountain bike.
