Bo Maciejko

A lifelong skier and dedicated coach, Bo Maciejko brings over 15 years of experience to his role as Alpine Program Director at the Snowbird Sports Education Foundation (SBSEF). Growing up in Crested Butte, Colorado, Bo developed a deep passion for winter sports, which he carried through his collegiate career at Western Colorado University, where he was an NCAA-level competitor, team captain, and Academic All-American.
After moving to Salt Lake City in 2008, he began his coaching career with SBSEF while also serving as a high school English teacher. His coaching roles have included Head FIS coach in La Parva, Chile, and Head U10/U12 JFAST coach, where he was named the Intermountain Division's Coach of the Year in 2022.
As Program Director, he is committed to fostering a culture where young athletes believe in their potential to achieve their biggest goals. Bo is also a leader in the broader skiing community, serving as chair of the USSA national U14 and under development committee and contributing to the national faculty for coaches' education and assessment.
