I hope the summer has been fun and healthy for all. The abrupt end to our winter season left all of us missing our “in-person” team activities and makes us eager for the coming season. We are thankful that we have been able to resume conditioning programs for our athletes, and are able to move forward with camp plans. Dryland training will be beginning for many more groups as the season nears.
Getting our athletes back to training "normally" is the goal. As of now we continue to navigate uncertain waters on many fronts and are having to revisit the way in which we are doing many of our traditional activities and events. While this is challenging, we are focused on adapting to the changing landscape and providing our athletes with excellent programming in a safe environment.
We are doing our very best to ensure the safety of our athletes, staff, and families while we return to training. We have been impressed by the efforts our athletes have made to follow the measures in place. Thank you all! Managing COVID-19 is the new normal at this time and may be part of our lives for some time. We have been developing a protocol that allows us to return to training and we will continue to learn and adapt to the situation as it evolves.
Although definitive answers and information are still elusive, one thing remains clear: We rely on the cooperation and support of our athletes and parents in all that we do. Thank you for your support.
